All First Nations of Québec are represented on it through the union of the Inukchuk, the drum and the sign of the Métis at the centre of circle of life.
The Centre symbolizes the Whell of Medecine, the cicle of Life and Mother Earth. It explains how all life is interdependent and is part of an infinite circle within which each is equal and must live in harmony, respect, sharing, humility and honesty.
The four fasteners represented here by the four colors of medecine symbolize each of the four cardinal points which possess a guilding spirit and stage of life. They represent also the four fundamental group of the human race as taught by the Elders.
And the slogan reminds us of the basic mission of organization which is the improvement in justice administration in the Native milieu , which can only be archieved by uniting all of our efforts.
